By using Thaqiba you agree to these terms.

The service

Thaqiba monitors Google reviews of the locations you add or connect, sends alerts and reports, and lets you reply to reviews. We aim for high availability, but the service relies on third-party systems (Google, Telegram) that may delay or stop.

Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for the users you invite and their roles.
• You must be authorized to manage the business profiles you connect.

Replies to reviews

Replies sent through Thaqiba are published on Google under your business's name, and you are responsible for their content. Suggested replies are templates for you to review before publishing.

Subscription

The service starts with a free trial, then a monthly or yearly subscription based on the number of locations. You can cancel any time; the subscription runs until the end of the paid period.

Payments and refunds

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns, and issues your invoice. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel, from the management link in your receipt email or by writing to us.

If you are not satisfied with your first payment, ask for a full refund within 14 days of payment at support@thaqiba.com. After that, current periods are not refunded, and you can cancel to stop the next renewal.

Acceptable use

Do not use Thaqiba to publish abusive or misleading content, to manipulate reviews, or in breach of Google's policies.
